In 2021 Rice Industries, Inc. was acquired by Miller Industries.  With growth as a focus, the company is looking to the future and currently working on a warehouse expansion and a systems upgrade.

Prior to Miller Industries' acquisition, Rice Industries was founded by Bill and Carol Rice in 1977, having been passed on to the second Rice generation in the early 2000's.
